Natural Health was never on my radar until I, myself, became sick 10 years ago with mysterious symptoms ranging from body aches, stiff neck, fatigue, anxiety, gut issues, fevers, etc. Eventually, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, heavy metal toxicity, parasites, food sensitivities, viral infections, and the list goes on. It was through my own journey of pursuing health that I fell in love with natural health, as it made so much sense to me and I saw the benefits first hand. I went to college to be a music teacher and never thought I'd go back to school for something completely different, such as health. However, through my own sickness, I realized there are so many people suffering like I was, who were continuing to get sicker with no hope of ever recovering. I knew there was hope and tangible healing, and I wanted to become a part of the solution. My passion started to grow deeper and deeper, and it became evident to me that this is what the Lord was putting on my heart as a calling for my life.
I graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health in the Fall of 2019, with my CHHP certification as well as Master Iridologist, and then launched my new business, Naturally Living Me, in November 2019. I went on to further my Iridology certification through IIPA (International Iridology Practitioners Association) and am currently the only IIPA Comprehensive Certified Iridologist in Minnesota. I am thrilled to offer not only Iridology consults but also bioscans through ZYTO, food sensitivity testing, supplements, and overall wellness consults.
I love that I am a hope-giver to people who I meet with. I know exactly what it feels like to suffer physically, mentally, and spiritually and being able to empathize with my clients and validate their symptoms and feelings is life-giving. I also love discovering deeper roots of what is going on in the body and doing detective work to find the best way to support each individual as everyone is so unique and different. I feel honored that God would use me to be a vessel of His ultimate healing and that I get to be a small piece of the story He's creating in others' lives.
Initially, I was only looking for basic health knowledge to "dip my feet in the water" in the world of natural health, and Trinity provided that opportunity for me in the convenience of my own home and at a very reasonable price. As my passion and drive to learn more increased, Trinity provided classes and courses that matched my deepening level of understanding. As I continued on into my programs, I connected with teachers and mentors who inspired me to continue pursuing natural health. Trinity gave me the foundation I needed to feel confident in moving forward to see clients, and I truly feel supported as I continue to move forward. Not only did they provide the support during my time at Trinity, but they also continue to invest and provide resources to support their graduates. I'm so grateful Trinity popped up on my radar a few years ago because it's led me to where I am today, bringing hope and healing to those who need it.
